Product details

OTF-1200X-PGEP is a multifunctional synthesis system designed for the composite coating process of synthesizing various nanostructured oxides and nanomaterials. This instrument consists of three main modules: ultrasonic atomization device, 1200 ℃ tube furnace, and electrostatic settling device. Material production can be roughly divided into three steps: precursor atomization, heating, and nanoparticle collection. This system is a very advanced synthesis system that can control particle size, morphology, micro nano structures, etc. It can be widely used in the preparation of nanomaterials, electrode material coating and composite, and other fields.

  • Atomization device: equipped with a 2.4MHz ultrasonic atomizer, it can atomize liquid into liquid particles and then introduce them into a tube furnace. The ultrasonic atomizer is connected to a stainless steel liquid collection tank to ensure that the liquid that has not been atomized does not enter the tube furnace.
  • Heating section (tube furnace): The maximum temperature of the tube furnace can reach 1200 ℃.
  • Nano powder collection: the diameter of the collection tube is 50mm, and the voltage is 30KV, which can effectively collect the nano particles brought by the flowing gas

  • The right end is a KF series quick connect flange, connected to the electrostatic collector

Mass flowmeter
  • Equipped with a mass flow meter (the incoming gas flow rate should be less than 100sccm to protect the furnace tube)
Liquid collection tank
  • Made of 316 stainless steel, with a capacity of 150ml
  • There are 2 stainless steel needle valves installed on top, with a Φ 6.35mm card sleeve joint
  • The lid on the tank is connected with a quick KF clamp, making it easy to open the lid and clean the inside of the tank
Nano powder collection high voltage
  • Input: 208~240VAC single-phase, maximum power 15W
  • Digital display of voltage and current values, maximum output voltage is 30KV, output current voltage can be set

Tubular electrostatic collector

precautions

  • The pressure inside the quartz furnace tube cannot exceed 0.02 MPa (relative atmospheric pressure)
  • Pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder (can be purchased from our company)
  • The intake flow rate should be less than 100sccm
